Beautiful 3 Bedroom semi detached Villa with Pool

This airy semi-detached villa on the Alma Verde Resort, located in the area of Vila do Bispo, but only 10 minutes drive from Praia da Luz is set in beautiful mediterranean garden and has its own heated pool. The design with its double–height entrance hall is light and spacious. The fully equipped kitchen with its smart, granite worktops is open plan to the dining room. On the other side of the hall is the main living room, with patio doors to the front garden and pool, as well as a double bedroom with shower room. Patio doors also open from the dining area onto the pool terrace, which is fully furnished for al fresco dining. Stairs lead up to a balustraded walkway and on to the spacious master bedroom with its en suite bathroom and private balcony, and to the second bedroom with its en suite shower room. The interior is furnished to a high standard! A rental car is recommended, which we like to organize for you!

On arrival a deposit of € 300,00 is required which will be refunded after 2 to 3 days after departure if everything is in order. The rate for pool heating during peak period (20.07. – 23.08.) is € 10,00 per day, the rest of the year € 20,00 per day.

Included in the price are the following services:
- In the middle of the week fresh towels.
- At the end of the week (after 7 nights) full service including change of bed linen, fresh towels and a small cleaning.
- The final cleaning.
