Superb 5 Bedroom Villa with Pool

This superb, luxury villa is on an expansive plot in an elevated position with sweeping southerly views to the coastal hills. Set in beautifully landscaped grounds, the accommodation is currently being expanded in preparation for the 2019 summer season. The east wing comprises a partly open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, together with three bedrooms, one double with luxurious en suite bathroom and two twins sharing an inter-connecting shower room. One of the twin bedrooms has a bunk bed with a double below and a single above. The corridor to the west leads to a guest cloakroom/utility and to a second living area, with access to two further en suit bedrooms. The villa can accordingly sleep 11 in all. A timber staircase from the entrance hallway leads to a gallery with doors opening onto south east and south west roof terraces oriented to enjoy the sun at different times of day. The large (10m x 5m) optionally heated pool has a partly enclosed poolside shower and an electric pool cover for safety and ease of use. There is covered parking for two cars and the grounds include extensive lawns, shrubbery, a fully equipped BBQ area and a boules piste. This is an idyllic location for a luxury holiday! A rental car is recommended, which we like to organize for you! On arrival a deposit of € 300,00 is required which will be refunded after 2 to 3 days after departure if everything is in order. The rate for pool heating during peak period (20.07. – 23.08.) is € 10,00 per day, the rest of the year € 20,00 per day.

Included in the price are the following services:
- In the middle of the week fresh towels.
- At the end of the week (after 7 nights) full service including change of bedlinen, fresh towels and a small cleaning.
- The final cleaning.
